Ordering & Prescriptions

Offering simple, quick and convenient methods for ordering – online, by phone, fax, mail, or visit www.canshipmeds.com.

For any Rx item, a valid prescription is required. OTC products do not require one. Once on file, we can work with your doctor for refills.

A prescription is mandatory. We also require one piece of government-issued photo ID for patients over 18. The order form is optional. No ID required for children or pets.

Send by fax (1-877-888-9805), email (orders@canshipmeds.com), text (1-424-999-9265), mail (Marks Marine Pharmacy, 239 SE Marine Dr, Vancouver, BC, V5X 2S4), or upload via your account.

We’re outside the United States, so we can’t transfer prescriptions from US pharmacies. Ask your doctor to fax us a new prescription; we can also contact them on your behalf.

Prescriptions are valid for one year from the date they are written.

Availability & Sourcing

Most medicine ships from Canada. We also partner with pharmacies in the UK, Australia, New Zealand, Turkey, and India to offer brand and generic medications.
Yes. Many drugs sold in US and Canadian pharmacies are manufactured in countries like India, Israel, or within the EU, even for brand-name products.

The same drug can be branded differently in different countries but contains the same active ingredient and dosage. Example: Zyrtec (US) = Reactine (Canada).
Generics can differ in color, size, or shape due to regulations. Brand-name appearances can also vary by country, though active ingredients remain the same.

Shipping & Delivery

Canada Regular Post: $14.75 (8–10 days)
Canada Expedited: $19.95 (7–9 days)
Canada Express: $25 (3–5 days)
Overseas Expedited: $15 (within ~3 weeks)

Shipments use USPS and are insured/trackable. If your order includes both Canada and Overseas medication, you’ll be charged $25 once and Overseas shipping is free.
Typically 2–3 business days to process. During peak times (e.g., COVID-related delays), processing can take up to 8 business days.
Customs inspections are often the cause of longer timelines, not the shipping carrier itself.
Rarely, shipments exceed standard times due to US Customs backlogs (e.g., December/January), security protocol changes, or weather impacting flights.
